Data deletion instructions

In your Messenger conversation with Tameen 360, send delete my data. The assistant deletes your conversation from its database and confirms the action. A text-free deletion event identifier may temporarily remain to prevent duplicate processing. Send stop to stop automated replies without deleting history, human to pause for the team, or start to resume direct replies.

On the website, open the chat in the same browser/session and use its delete-data button. This removes the session, its associated contact request and comparison links. A new browser cannot delete an old session without its identifier.

If you no longer have access, or wish to request review of earlier operational/migration copies, call 01064351777 or contact WhatsApp Business at 01130714142. Identify the service and channel you used. Limited verification may be required; do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents. Deletion here does not erase data independently held by Meta or the AI provider; use their own deletion mechanisms for those records.
